Description:

The selected person will join the Infectious pathology and antimicrobials research group (Translational Clinical Research Program).

Task:

Collection and pre-treatment of samples if necessary for testing. Calibration of the equipment following the guidelines established in the procedures. Processing and acceptance of internal controls. Sample processing following the planning established by the responsible physician. Technical validation of the results according to the criteria and responsibilities established in the procedures of the area. Creation or supervision of the creation of the tests generated as a result of the results obtained. Equipment maintenance. Attention to the maintenance technicians and maintenance of the corresponding records. Maintenance of the area's registers: Registration of batches of reagents, controls, calibrators, etc. according to the procedures. Temperature control of the assigned machinery and taking the necessary actions for the correction of parameters out of range.

Formation:

Higher Technician in Clinical Diagnostic Laboratory

Experience:

It will assess previous experience in similar tasks.

Knowledge:

Knowledge and experience in HPLC and/or Tandem-Mass. Experience in the processing of manual techniques (ELISA, RIA, sample extraction procedures...). sample extraction procedures...). Knowledge of ISO 9001, 15189 and/or 17025 quality management systems.

The cost of the contract is subsidized by the State Research Agency.
