Project title:

Decodificación de la origen y funcionalidad de la inmunoglobulina D secreta (DECONFUSID)

Research group / Service:

B cell biology research group

Description:

The selected person will join the B cell biology research group (Translational Clinical Research Program).

Task:

Cell culture, transfection, monoclonal antibody production, ELISA, immunofluorescence staining, flow cytometry, sample processing (blood, gut tissue, mucus-embedded microbiota, tonsillar tissue), magnetic-activated cell sorting, processing of fecal samples, DNA extraction and generation of libraries.

Formation:

Degree in Biology, it will be valued to be in possession of a Master in translational biomedical research.

Experience:

At least one year experience in an immunology or genetic laboratory; experience with cell culture, flow cytometry, cloning, immunofluorescence microscopy and NGS library preparation.

Knowledge:

The candidate must be proficient in oral and written English. Excellent communication skills, teamwork and proactivity.
