B cell biology research group

Description:

The selected person will join the B cell biology research group (Translational Clinical Research Program).

Task:

The selected person will be in charge of the logistics organization and the maintenance of the equipment in relation to the project object of this call. The tasks include processing, labeling and cryopreserving biological samples, including blood and tissue specimens and mice colony maintenance. It will also be responsible for the maintenance of the records of the experimental plans (Laboratory Notebook).

Formation:

Degree in Biology or related areas. It will be valued to have the animal experimentation course preferably the diploma FELASA B or C.

Experience:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience as lab manager/technician. The candidate must have experience with mouse handling, preferably also with colony management. Experience in the following techniques (immunization, oral gavage, organ harvesting and processing, survival bleeding) will be very valuable Experience in molecular and cell biology is a definitive advantage

Knowledge:

The candidate must be proficient in oral and written English. Experience in the following techniques (immunization, oral gavage, organ harvesting and processing, survival bleeding) will be very valuable.
