Description:

The selected person will join the Integrative biomedical informatics research group (Biomedical informatics research program).

Task:

Care and maintenance of mouse colonies, tail docking, genotyping, support for behavioral,pharmacological and biochemical studies. histological techniques and rodent CNS staining, cryostat, vibratome, animal behavior, immunohistochemistry, western blot, Elisa, PCR.

Formation:

CFGS in pathological anatomy and cytodiagnosis. Animal experimentation course.

Experience:

Experience in pharmacology studies, pathological anatomy, manipulation of animals and behavioral techniques, evaluation of drug use in experimental animals, genotyping of transgenic animals.

Knowledge:

Essential animal handler course and use of oral and written English.
