Description:

The selected person will join the GPCR Drug Discovery research group (Biomedical informatics research program).

Task:

The overall goal is to unravel the dynamics of the entire GPCR proteome and share this data via the open resource GPCRmd (www.gpcrmd.org). For this, the candidate will participate in the extension of the GPCRmd database, maintenance and development of visualization and analysis tools for GPCR molecular dynamics trajectories.

Formation:

PhD in Bioinformatics or related.

Experience:

• Simulation and visualization software (Pymol, VMD and GROMACS), data analysis, python programming and database development. • Web server languages or programs like HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Flask and Apache, etc.

Knowledge:

• Knowledge in GPCR structural biology • Knowledge in machine learning and data science
