The selected person will join the Neurogenomics research group (Biomedical informatics research program).

Task:

Bioinformatics analysis in a psychiatric genomics project in the context of the project "Understanding the evolution of regulatory networks controlled by bHLH transcription factors to identify the genetic basis of traits derived from human neurodevelopment (PID2022-140137NB-I00)".

Formation:

Degree in Biomedical Sciences or equivalent qualification. Minimum degree CFGS in bionformatics or equivalent.

Experience:

Experience in similar locations

Knowledge:

Bioinformatics analysis of single-cell omics data. Programming knowledge in R.
