Research technician to work on transcriptomics and ribosome profiling

Evolutionary genomics research group

Description:

The selected person will join the Evolutionary genomics research group (Biomedical informatics research program).

Task:

Cell culture; manipulation of healthy tissue and tumor samples; preparation of samples for RNA-seq and Ribo-Seq; preparation of libraries for sequencing; basic analyses to assess sample quality and sequencing data

Formation:

Degree in Biology or similar.

Experience:

6 months in a molecular biology laboratory.

Knowledge:

Good knowledge of English

Additional information:

The person will work in the Open Lab at the HMRI (PRBB) and will also have an office space.The cost of the contract is subsidized by the State Research Agency.This subsidy may be co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund, 'One way of making Europe'.
