Project title:

Characterization of PH-negative myeloproliferative neoplasms by multi-omics analysis

Research group / Service:

Applied clinical research in hematological malignances research group

Description:

The selected person will join the Applied clinical research in hematological malignances research group (Cancer research program).

Task:

Processing of biological samples, conventional PCR, real time PCR, Sanger sequencing and library preparation for next generation sequencing, analysis of sequencing results.

Formation:

Degree in Biotechnology. Master's Degree in Omic Data Analysis will be an advantage.

Experience:

Candidates should have previous experience in the tasks mentioned previously especially in the preparation of libraries by mass sequencing

Knowledge:

The candidates must necessarily have experience in laboratory techniques: cell culture, Western blot and immunohistochemistry, PCR, flow cytometry, molecular biology techniques and other techniques to study cellular effects (viability, proliferation, apoptosis, migration, invasion, DNA damage). Knowledge of programs as R, basis phyton, C++ and Graph Prism. Mandatory fluent level of English and informatics knowledge of Office and internet (user levels).
