Characterization of PH-negative myeloproliferative neoplasms by multi-omics analysis

Applied clinical research in hematological malignances research group

Description:

The selected person will join the Applied clinical research in hematological malignances research group (Cancer research program).

Task:

Development of bioinformatics tools for the prioritization of markers based on the analysis of biological networks and the impact of mutations.

Formation:

CFGS in the area of Sciences or equivalent qualification. Higher qualifications such as Bachelor's degree in mathematics and/or master's degree in data science will be valued.

Experience:

Previous experience in the tasks described above is required.Mandatory to have been workend in a Hematology service.

Knowledge:

A fluent level of English and computer skills at the level of Office and internet users are required.

Additional information:

Mandatory to have used the programs:Python, C, C++, Java, SQL, R, Javascript, html, CSS, etc.
