Project title:

Implementation of PROMs and PREMs in routine clinical care: evaluation of their requirements and impact

Description:

The selected person will join the Health services research group (Epidemiology and public health research program).

Task:

The selected person will carry out the coordination and management of the recruitment and monitoring of the participating in the study ‘Implementation of PROMs and PREMs in routine clinical care: evaluation of their requirements and impact’. To do this, you will perform the following tasks: a) Designing the surveys in REDCap, therefore understanding the complexity of participating-reported measures. b) Solving the potential incidences that may appear when gathering data in daily practice with the different innovative platforms, including ethical and data protection evaluation issues. c) Managing the different databases for achieving the assessment objectives of the project, including those related to sociodemographic variables and baseline clinical variables recommended by ICHOM. d) Coordination of participating' enrolment for each of the four units. e) Coordination of data quality control and conduction of analyses.

Formation:

University degree in Medicine or another degree in Health Sciences that guarantees the ability to manage the aforementioned tasks. Experience:

Experience in research projects, especially in coordinating them, will be valued.

Knowledge:

Knowledge in epidemiology, statistics and the administration and application of patient-reported outcomes will be valued mainly. It is also essential to have a medium-high level of English, which will be assessed during the interview.

We are looking for a person with organizational capacity, initiative and perseverance, who has the skills to work in multidisciplinary teams and communication skills. This subsidy may be co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund, 'One way of making Europe'. The contracting is subject to the granting of the aid that finances this project.
