Project title:

Action plan between the Department of Health and the Hospital del Mar Medical Research Institute Foundation (IMIM) for the promotion of Mental Health

Research group / Service:

Health services research group

Description:

The selected person will join the Health services research group (Epidemiology and public health research program).

Task:

Support in project management tasks; conducting systematic reviews of literature and guidelines and protocols related to mental health measurement and prevention interventions in mental health; data management and analysis; design and implementation of qualitative research studies (interviews, focus groups); elaboration of dissemination materials, scientific articles and technical reports of results.

Formation:

University degree in the field of Health Sciences (e. g., Medicine, Biology, Psychology), or Social sciences (e.g., Economy or Sociology.) Formal training in Public Health and in Statistics, research methodology or psychometry would be an asset.

Experience:

Previous experience in research projects in epidemiology and mental health. Experience in project management. Previous experience in statistical analysis in research projects would be an asset.

Knowledge:

Languages: Catalan, Spanish and English. Computer skills at user level. Knowledge of statistics and data analysis tools (R, Stata, SAS). Knowledge of psychometric analysis methods would be an asset.

Additional information:

Good communication skills and capacity for continuous learning. Organised, hard-working and proactive person. Ability to work as part of a team and to work autonomously. Letters of recommendation would be an asset. This contract is subject to the award of the project.
