Project title:

Identification of new response mechanisms to immunotherapy in advanced bladder cancer and characterization of neoantigens derived from non-coding RNA

Description:

The selected person will join the MARData (Scientific and technical support Program).

Task:

Biostatistical analysis aimed at building new predictive models by integrating different types of data: omics, clinical-pathological and quality of life. Participation in the activities of communication of scientific results, preparation of reports within the framework of the project as well as creation of web applications oriented in collaboration with the project researchers.

Formation:

Degree in statistics.

Experience:

At least two years of experience in the application of tasks similar to those of the offer. Experience in methodological assessment in the pharmaceutical industry is valuable.

Knowledge:

- High level of R and Python programming languages. - Experience in creating web applications and interactive graphics with the Shiny package. - Bibliographical references: authorship of scientific articles and communications in congresses (attach references, supporting documents, accreditation diplomas, etc). - Experience in Tableau and PowerBI data visualization tools. - Experience in the use of Big Data tools (LangChain, Keras, Tensorflow, Databricks, Azure Machine Learning). - High level of spoken and written English. - We will value the experience in the use of program containers (Docker/Singularity) and version control system (Git).
