Project title:

Understanding the regulation of STING dependent signalling pathways by PARP-1 and PARP-2 proteins in cancer (ONCOPAR)

Research group / Service:

Poly (ADP-ribose) polymerases research group

Description:

The selected person will join the Poly (ADP-ribose) polymerases research group (Cancer research program).

Task:

Flow cytometry, cellular cultures, Western-blot, Inmunoprecipitation, confocal microscopy, PCR.

Formation:

Bachelor's degree in the area of Sciences. A Master's degree in Biomedical Research will be positively valued.

Experience:

Mandatory to have previous experience in the tasks indicated on this offer and to have been in a translational research group.

Knowledge:

The candidates must necessarily have experience in laboratory techniques: cell culture, Western blot and immunohistochemistry, PCR, flow cytometry, molecular biology techniques and other techniques to study cellular effects (viability, proliferation, apoptosis, migration, invasion, DNA damage). Mandatory fluent level of English and informatics knowledge of Office and internet (user levels).

Additional information:

Autonomy in experimental design and interpretation of the results will be evaluated positively. We are looking for a person with the ability to work in a team. It is essential to have been studied or have spent a stay abroad.This subsidy may be co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund, 'One way of making Europe'.
