The Purchasing Service of Hospital del Mar Research Institute

The Purchasing Service is responsible for managing the purchases of Hospital del Mar Research Institute, the IMIM Foundation and UPF-Àrea Mar.

This Service processes and monitors all the needs for purchasing consumable and inventory-able material from the arrival of the request to the Service to the delivery to the user of the requested material. 

It offers advice to the user when they ask for it regarding products, catalogues, etc.

It is also responsible for requesting the necessary budgets to apply for grants.
