General objectives

  • PROMOTE and SUPPORT excellence in clinical neurosciences research, including co-morbidity with other health problems and transversal opportunities of collaboration with other IMIM-Hospital del Mar research programmes.
  • ENCOURAGE trans-disciplinary research, including technological opportunities offered by the incardination of IMIM-Hospital del Mar at the Barcelona Biomedical Research Park (PRBB), in order to facilitate knowledge transfer aimed at developing and improving health care treatments and services.
  • ENSURE the promotion of sustainability of research in all aspects of neurosciences, mental health and addiction among graduate students and clinicians by providing training and support.
