- Your data will be processed exclusively in order to include you in the entity's job listing, decide on you acceptance as a candidate, as well as, if necessary, mange your potential participation in our selection processes. Your data will also be processed in order to establish contact with you in relation to your inclusion in the entity's job listing and to send you communications and notices in relation to a selection process that can suit your profile.
- Your data will be kept for a maximum period of one year. If you want to continue being part of the entity's job listing, you will have to send us your updated CV after this period.
- Your data will be processed on the basis of your request for pre-contractual measures expressed at the time of providing your CV, based on Article 6.1.b) of the General Data Protection Regulation. The contact information that you provide will be used to keep in touch with you in relation to the selection process that can suit your profile.
- You have the right to request access to your personal data, to request its rectification or erasure, to request restriction of the processing, to object the processing of your data and to request the portability of your data. To do so, you must submit a written request to RRHHconfidentialitat(ELIMINAR)@imim.es. You must attach a copy of your National Identity Card or an equivalent proof of your identity.
- If you consider that your rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the Catalan Data Protection Authority. You can find information on how to contact them through the website www.apdcat.cat
- By sending the requested information you guarantee that the data you provide is true, accurate, complete and up to date, being responsible for any damage or injury, direct or indirect, in another case. If the data provided belongs to a third party, you must inform this third party and obtain authorization to facilitate their data for the purposes indicated.
